In this workshop we will use blindfolded led improvisations to build trust – an essential ingredient in any performance setting.  We will use these improvisations to make a sensory inspired tiny dance to share with the group.Improvisation is about being open to the ‘what if’.  Our what if will be – How does limiting our main sense (vision) inspire our creative potential?

In this workshop we will explore FOCUS. We will do this through raucous and quiet PLAY!  Some ideas we will work with are: Internal & external focus; the power of using senses in everyday and performance interactions; and how to use focus as powerful expressive performance too
